the park was very nice and like most other parks we stay in have toilet and shower blocks and laundry facilities. Some also have camp kitchens and barbecues for your use. Although we can cook in the camper we usually do use some of the facilities to cook or just wash up after meals.
From here it was on to the Barkley Homestead where we stayed overnight and then in the morning we were on to Tennant Creek.
We arrived early today and the first thing to do was laundry. Because most parks do not have dryers it means that we hang out all of the laundry and it needs several hours to dry. After dinner we went to hear a old gentleman tell stories of the area, do some bush poetry and tell us about the bush.
Have ate my first witchity bug, actually tasted not bad.
