Not much to see along the way, trees, scrub, red earth and grasslands on the way to Alice Springs.
will be here for fours days as there is a lot to see. went to the Buch Bash this evening, aboriginal bands from around the area, good music but far too loud, stayed for a hour or two and left before total destruction of our hearing. Passed over the Tropic of Capricorn on way here.
stopped at Aileron Roadhouse about 90 Km from Alice. Has a large statue of a standing man on the surrounding hill and a large statue of a aboriginal women and child. Seen my first baby camel.
