Woke to a nice day, very warn already, driving to Buckaroo and Ulan, Turill and Uarby, stopped at an area called Drip Gorge and went for a 3K walk along the gorge to the Drip, just an area where the water runs into a pool, but is quite dry now. Did not see any wildlife along the way.
then down to Merriwa wand to Scone.
the caravan park here is not so nice, not we'll kept but will do.
Went to the RSL for the evening, go back to the caravan park and it is now raining.

Raining 22C
Leaving Scone, went into town to take some photos, the on to Merrurundi, Willow Tree,Quirindi, Werris Creek, Duri, Warral and Tamworth.
Stopped at Willow Creek information, very friendly lady who told us about the areas around to visit.
Next stop Werris Creek not the rail museum, had a very interesting tour, our own private tour guide, an elderly gentleman who had worked his whole life for the railway.
Arrived early Tamworth and did. Laundry, very nice Big 4 Park, but is full due to the country music festival this weekend.
Went out to dinner a local Chinese restaurant- very good.
