Great day took the train to Katoomba and did the hop on hop off buss around the blue mountains.
Went to scenic world and took the cable way down to the walkway through the ancient forest and then came back up to do the railway back down 270m to the valley floor this railway being one of the steepest in the world. Had a bite of lunch and took the Skyway across the valley to get a good look at the three sisters.
Back on the train and back to Lithgow and a further three kilometre walk back to the caravan park.
Got back just in time as we are having a thunder storm and it is raining fairly hard.
Tomorrow will post photos. Going into the city in the morning by train and will be staying in for two days.
