Had breakfast in the small town of Gilgandra and then had a walk about and took some photos.
On to Eumungerie, very small town , took photos . Then Dubbo but did not stop just drove through on way to Wellington. Stopped and had a look around, very nice small town. Got information and then took back road to Mumbi, Stuart Town, formerly known as Ironbanks. Old gold rush town, but mist of the old area are now privately owned so not much to see. Those golden days have vanished and altered is the scene. The diggings are deserted, the camping grounds are green.
From here to Orange, again did not make a stop and drove on to Bathurst. Tomorrow will go and investigate.
